Why Lighting
It’s not just visibility. It’s atmosphere.
Curb Appeal
Architectural features stand out after dark instead of disappearing into a flat, unlit facade.
Outdoor Living
Patios, pools, and backyards stay usable and inviting well past sunset.
Safety
Walkways, steps, and entrances are lit clearly, without harsh floodlighting.
Design
Depth, contrast, and shadow — a designed nighttime look, not just light dumped on the yard.

Landscape Lighting
Every fixture placed with intention.
Professional landscape lighting is designed around your property — not scattered across it. We study your home’s architecture, plantings, and outdoor living spaces, then build a lighting plan around what deserves attention after dark.
Uplighting, path, and accent fixtures placed to fit your property
Beam angles and warm color temperature dialed in for a natural look
Transformers and wiring fully concealed — never an eyesore by day
Christmas Lighting
Christmas lights, without the ladder.
Professional temporary C9 lighting for rooflines, peaks, and trees — installed cleanly, maintained through the season, and taken down when the holidays are over. No ladders, no tangled strings, no weekend lost to decorating.
Commercial-grade C9 bulbs with proper, even spacing
Clean, straight rooflines — measured and custom-fit to your home
We install, maintain through the season, and remove it after

FAQ
Questions homeowners ask us.
How much does landscape lighting cost?
Every property is different — pricing depends on the size of your home and how many fixtures you need. Request an estimate and we'll give you a clear, no-obligation quote.
How many lights does my home need?
It depends on your home's architecture and what you'd like to highlight. We'll recommend a fixture count as part of your lighting design.
Do landscape lights use a lot of electricity?
No. Professional landscape lighting uses low-voltage LED fixtures, which use very little electricity to run all night.
Can lighting be added to an existing landscape?
Yes. We design around your existing landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor living spaces.
Do you provide the Christmas lights?
Yes. We provide, install, and maintain professional-grade C9 lighting for your home.
Are the Christmas lights custom-fit to my house?
Yes — your rooflines and features are measured so the lighting fits cleanly, not just draped on.
Do you remove the Christmas lights after the season?
Yes — removal is included. We aim to have everything down by January 15th, with all lights removed no later than January 31st. Need it down sooner? Expedited removal is available for an additional fee.
When should I schedule Christmas lighting?
The earlier the better — installation schedules fill up as the season approaches. Reach out early to reserve your spot.
